    Hanfeng Zhai, a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering, won the Poster Award at AESCAPE 2026, a new U.S. Association for Computational Mechanics conference on AI-empowered simulation and computer-aided engineering, held September 8–11 in Dallas.

  • Ryan Sills Receives 2026 ISMM Early Career Award in Materials Modeling

    The International Society of Materials Modeling has recognized the Rutgers associate professor and former group PhD student for early-career work that has already made a significant impact on the field. The award will be presented at the MMM12 conference in Jeju, Korea, in November.
